"It is a charming, old nineteenth century inn and they have maintained it accordingly; it certainly has character. The restaurant's lake view is an amazing perk of this property. They do provide a daily turndown service, which is a very nice touch. But unfortunately, that is where the positives stop. The listing claims it is a 4 star hotel, but it is far from it. Having lake access made our stay even more special, whether it was relaxing by the water or taking in the quiet scenery. One of the highlights was the spa. "Highly recommend Craftsman Inn when staying in the Syracuse area. Rooms were clean and comfy and felt recently renovated. Breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold food. The restaurant/bar on site was a great place to watch a game. Fayetteville is a really nice town which if close to Green Lakes state park and numerous golf courses."
